Grow With Me (Education Research Fund), Inc. (the ERF Company) is a not-for-profit organization, established in 1996. The ERF Company is dedicated to supporting educational and environmental research programs contribute to the long-term benefits of our next generation.

Current Programs

“Seeds of Character” research program:

The first program introduced by the ERF Company was a character building research program which provides positive character building by supplementing the traditional school programs. After two years of field research with different universities, the ERF Company has selected the Graduate School of Education and Information Studies at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), to initiate a “Seeds of Character” educational research program.

“Green Voice^™ consumer education program:

In 2000, the ERF Company expanded its focus to educate consumers on how to identify energy saving consumer products (typically toys) and supporting the development and promotion of voice generating integrated circuits making use of new energy saving technologies.
